Hello and a big warm welcome! This is my first blog post, something I promised myself I would start doing in 2024… And look at me doing what I said I would!

If we don’t know each other personally yet, I hope that one day I get the chance to meet you face to face! There is nothing better for me than connection. It’s why I started Lili Creative Design in the first place, because I was craving connection with others, people that I could relate to or have things in common with to spark conversation. I started by connecting with other mothers and families in my community. That quickly started to bloom into working with more entrepreneurs, and the more I surrounded myself with passionate, driven, and bold business owners, the more I knew that my hobby for photography was about to take off. I knew I was meant to be an entrepreneur!

So who am I besides Stacy, The Girl Behind the Lens? 

I am a graphic designer, art director, photographer, wife & mother to 2 incredible kids and one adorable golden retriever, all of us happily living in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. Honestly, I am living my dream and it’s only just getting started.

My journey to helping others grow their business started when I realized so many people were scared, nervous or had no idea where to start with brand photography.

Having directed photoshoots for the past 5 years where my role was the Creative Art Director (and even model, stepping in front of the camera when needed), I learned what made a successful photoshoot. The planning and preparation it takes and the compassion for those that really don’t love being in front of the camera, are skills I have taken seriously and honed in on to ensure each photoshoot goes smoothly. I’m here to tell you that branding photography, or getting your photo taken in general, does not have to be scary… I promise you!

The rewarding feeling of delivering a gallery and having my clients tell me that they love them is something I will never get tired of. Hearing my clients say that they “couldn’t believe it was them in the photos”, and knowing that together we pulled out a bold, confident, maybe even sexy person, out of those photos… It’s something I will forever be grateful for. I GET to do this as a career, I GET to help people feel like their BEST self in front of the camera! I seriously love what I do and can’t wait to see what 2024 has in store for me and for you!
